Overseas Americans are not exactly happy that federal law is making their lives so miserable, so I’m not surprised that they seem to be the ones who put together this great parody.

U.S. Federal agents arrested Santa Claus earlier today at the North Pole.

The United States Department of Fish and Wildlife has arrested Santa Claus, an elusive figure with many aliases (e.g., St. Nicholas). On the morning of 24 December, 150 heavily armed Fish and Wildlife special agents raided Claus’ North Pole compound, seized several tons of exotic woods forbidden by the Lacey Act, arrested Santa Claus and a female accomplice identified only as Mrs. Claus, and liberated thousands of diminutive slave labourers known only as “Elves”.

Claus has been charged with multiple counts of money laundering, illegal exportation of currency, illegally importing into the United States toys made of contraband–rare woods, ivory and other banned substances. He has also been charged with violations of slave labor and child labor laws, hundreds of patent and trademark violations, and illegally entering and exiting the United States.

Indeed, Fish and Wildlife agents also seized an unidentified aircraft called a “sleigh” which had numerous secret compartments holding the contraband. Fish and Wildlife agents charged Mr. Claus with animal cruelty with regard to the caribou that he used to launch this “sleigh”.

Special Agent Hugo Smith said, “We arrived just in the nick of time. A moment later, and the caribou would have launched the sleigh and Claus would have escaped with the illegal materials. By now, he would be in the United States, breaking into people’s houses and selling this stuff.”

The United States Department of Immigration and the Internal Revenue Service have also had their eyes on Mr. Claus. An immigration official who also attended the raid said that they were able to obtain several dozen passports. He said, “It seems that this Santa Claus character has a different name in every country–his EU passport says, ‘Father Christmas’ and his Canadian passport says, ‘Père Noël’. We have, however, determined with certainty that Santa Claus is a United States citizen.”

Apparently Claus worked in Hollywood during the 1940s and 50s making autobiographical films, such as Miracle on 34th Street. During that time he applied for and received U.S. citizenship.

At long last, the notorious tax cheat, Santa Claus, has been apprehended. He has been living in a foreign country for the last 50 years and during that time he has not filed his US taxes even once. It has become clear, however, that he has run a lucrative business at the North Pole and has never reported any of the income. In addition to criminal tax evasion, we intend to charge Santa Claus with 190 counts of criminal failure to file Foreign Bank Account Reports (FBAR), as we found evidence in his papers that he is operating or has signing authority on bank accounts in 190 different countries. It is our contention that the fines alone could help us bring billions in revenue into the United States government.

Pleased to Nab a Tax Cheat

According to United States law, all United States Citizens are required to pay taxes to the IRS and to report any foreign bank accounts. Failure to obey these filing requirements may result in civil and criminal penalties including imprisonment.

The Obama administration declared that they were very pleased with the news.. ”It is about time,” Obama said from his Hawaiian retreat, “that the United States returned those who have fled the country just because they don’t feel like paying their fair share anymore.”

The Republican candidate for president, Ron Paul criticized the raid, “The United States has neither the authority nor the right to go into another country and enforce its laws. Santa Claus is a citizen of the North Pole and it is overreach for us to go there and arrest him.”

Also running for president, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich responded to Paul, “The United States must reserve the right to arrest terrorists and to violate the rule of law in order to provide safety for the People of the United States.”

Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada said that his government did everything that they could to help the United States, even to the point of allowing the use of Canadian air space. ”We are cooperating with the good faith efforts of the United States to eliminate terrorists in order to maintain the safety and security of all Canadians.”

Patrick Henry said,
“The Constitution is not an instrument of the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument of the people to restrain the government – lest it come to dominate our lives and interest.”

That domination has come to pass. And Newt was right – get rid of courts that do not use common sense.

One of the most stupid rulings was that upheld by the 10th Circuit Court that blocks the building of roads to allow logging, drilling and industrial development in over 50 million acres of forest land.

Why is this important? We suffer a loss of jobs and financial opportunity to make America less dependent on foreign sources of minerals which are needed for manufacturing.

Here’s an example. In Montana’s Finley Basin there are proven tungsten deposits. An Australian company wanted to develop the site but it is about 200 yards inside one of the road less areas the Forest Service designated for not building roads. The USFS was willing to allow drilling if the company met the following requirements:
• The drill sites must be cleared using hand tools,
• The drilling equipment and fuel must be transported to the site by a team of pack mules,
• The mules must be fed certified weed-free hay, and
• Drill site and trail reclamation must be done using hand tools.

To make matters worse, we pay through our taxes for these idiots in the forest service to come down with these rulings!

This ruling makes us uncompetitive in that other countries do not have to follow foolish rulings such as these and they are making money and have jobs while the US teeters on the brink of financial disaster.

In yet another egregious ruling, the judges on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have ruled that election fraud suspected in 2008 was essentially cancelled by the inauguration of Barack Obama.

The group filing the suit claimed that Obama had failed to meet the Constitutional requirement of being a “natural born” citizen in order to run for the Presidency. The egregious ruling was based on the “not having standing” excuse the courts often use when they don’t want to touch politically hot topics brought before the court. However, individuals involved in the suit disagreed. These included Alan Keyes and Wiley S. Drake, candidates for the White House on the American Independent Party, Gail Lightfoot, who was a write in candidate of the California Libertarian Party, and Markham Robinson, a certified California elector for the American Independent Party who claimed they did have standing as they were candidates for the same office.

The judgment coming down from the court states,
“The original complaint was filed on Jan. 20, 2009, at 3:26 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, after President Obama was officially sworn in as president,” the judges wrote.”Once the 2008 election was over Keyes, Drake and Lightfoot were no longer ‘candidates’ for the 2008 general election. Moreover, they have not alleged any interest in running against President Obama in the future. Therefore, none of the plaintiffs could claim that they would be injured by the ‘potential loss of an election.”

Since his election, Obama has battled almost six-dozen lawsuits across the country, including several that reached the U.S. Supreme Court. For some reason he has a desperate desire to keep all his records concealed from the public and the courts are assisting him in this outrageous behavior.

Newt was right. It is time to get rid of justices who do not follow and honor the Constitution in their rulings and so was Patrick Henry in foreseeing exactly what is happening now!

Newt was right.  The Palestinian people are a “made up” people.

According to many authoritative online sources, the modern day Palestinians are derived from various ethnic groups including Jews, Romans, Muslims, Turks, Egyptians, etc who lived in or conquered the land that is called the Southern Levant.  According to Wiki Encyclopedia, this area roughly encompasses modern day Israel,  the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, the state of Jordan and the southern parts of Lebanon and Syria.  The name for the area comes from the Romans in 2^nd century CE who called it Palestine.

Palestinians have never had their own government until recently, their own homeland per se, or specific culture as they changed with each group that invaded the Southern Levant.  Genetic analysis suggests that the Palestinians were from Christian and Jews of the area but when the area was conquered by Muslims in the 7^th century, many became converts to the Muslim religion.  When the Ottoman Turks took over the area in the 13^th Century and ruled it until the British took it in 1917, many of the “Palestinian” people intermarried with those conquerors.

While most “Palestinians” today speak Arabic, and are Sunni Muslim, there are also Palestinian Christians, Jews, Druze and Samaritans.  Modern genetics shows that the Samaritans were also derived from the Jewish people and specifically the group called “the priests” or the Kohanim.  They use the Jewish Torah but have different ceremonies, language and terms.

Even though Jews had inhabited the area for over 5000 years, the Jewish people began their quest for a homeland from where they couldn’t be driven in the 1880’s when Zionists purchased much of the northern area of Israel from the Ottoman Turks.  Mainly desert, the area was purchased and then developed by the early modern Zionists and Jews who turned it into a mecca of green and growing life.  As funds grew, Zionists also purchased land along the ocean where Tel Aviv is currently located.  They also migrated south and took the lands there.

Most scholars view the “Palestinians” as an identity that originated in the early part of the twentieth century.  The Palestinians demand for independence and their own homeland came in 1921.  It was a “political” push for statehood rather than a “religious” push and in the 1960’s they formed the political end by creating the Palestinian Authority.

Israel wanting peace, gave complete control over the the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians for their homeland.  But rather than developing the area and making a place for their “people,”  the Palestinians who live in the Gaza Strip under the direction of Hamas and others, are still warring with Israel.  They went to the United Nations in 2011 to have them declare that lands that Israel holds and has held for many years, belongs to the Palestinians.

The Jews of course who actually bought the land where they created the State of Israel, say that if the Palestinians really want peace they would have to stop killing Jews  and their own Palestinian people in Samaria and Judea, otherwise known as the West Bank.

Israel is willing to also give up the West Bank but then Palestinians   would have to agree that Jews could live in this area under a democratic Palestinian authority just as over a million Palestinians live in Israel and enjoy Israeli citizenship.

Until that happens, Israel will defend its lands and people and the Palestinians will still be a “made up” people without a “true” homeland.

Iran ’s Supreme Leader Grand Ayatollah Ali urged the Muslim World to boycott anything and everything that originates with the Jewish people. A pharmacist, names Meyer Treinkman, agreed with the Ayatollah and offered to assist the Mulims in their boycott out of the goodness of his heart.

After the debate on Saturday night in Iowa, (12/10/11) Fact Check.Org posted the following:
“…False and misleading claims were flying again at the latest Republican presidential candidates’ debate in Iowa. Romney falsely claimed that … that Obama favored pre-1967 borders for Israel.”

“…So while the core issues of the conflict must be negotiated, the basis for those negotiations is clear: a viable Palestine, a secure Israel…. We believe the borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 line with mutually agreed swaps so that borders are established for both states.”

Unfortunately for Obama, Bibi Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel also understood that Obama wanted a return to the 1967 borders.

Netanyahu also stated,

“I expect to hear a reaffirmation from President Obama of American commitments made to Israel in 2004 which were overwhelmingly supported by both Houses of Congress.” Those commitments “relate to Israel not having to withdraw to the 1967 lines, which are both indefensible and which would leave major Israeli population centers in Judea and Samaria beyond those lines.”

Obama receiving that smack down from Netanyahu and seeing that many millions of Americans also thought Obama advocated returning to 67 borders, the President again tries to spin the topic to his benefit. On May 22, the whiny President complained that that his remarks had been misreported and misrepresented.

He said that what he did was to “say publicly what has long been acknowledged privately.”
He also blamed others as he typically does when caught in a faux pas, stated,

“Since my position has been misrepresented several times, let me reaffirm what “1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps” means. By definition, it means that the parties themselves -– Israelis and Palestinians -– will negotiate a border that is different than the one that existed on June 4, 1967. That’s what mutually agreed-upon swaps means. It is a well-known formula to all who have worked on this issue for a generation.”

Remember when Obama said words matter? In this case they certainly do: “…Different than the one that existed on June 4, 1967” is a totally different sentence and meaning from, “The borders should be based on the 1967 line.” If he had been clear in the first place, the brouhaha wouldn’t have been front page news. He also wouldn’t have had to retrace his words and “splain” them once again as he usually has to as he doesn’t know what he is talking about usually – he just reads the Teleprompters and what others have written for him.

Israel has negotiated with the Palestinians before based on the 67 lines, but Obama is the first president to say so publically thereby upsetting everyone involved in the on-going negotiations between Israel and the Arab populations that are in control of the West Bank and Gaza.

Thus – another huge gaffe by the most uneducated, naïve, disingenuous, corrupt, President we have ever had in this country! He can add this huge faux pas to many others of his including giving the Queen of England an I Pod with his speeches recorded on it, and saying that this country had 57 states! 2012 can’t come soon enough!

Have you ever listened to Ron Paul speaking? He is like a rat on a rhetorical running wheel that never stops! He jumps from one idea to another as if they all fit together but trying to make sense of his train of thought is almost impossible! It gives one a headache!

But, by doing what he does, Paul gets his many followers nodding their heads in agreement and he mesmerizes them into thinking he is saying something erudite and worthy. Then he asks for money!

If I asked his followers what he has to say about a solution for say….getting rid of the FED – most wouldn’t have any idea of what to do.

I am not picking on them but on Ron Paul who sucks  money from his followers better than a national brand Vacuum.  I do believe he  jumps into presidential elections simply due to the money he gets from followers!

He knows he can’t win, does his quixotic run every election and gets money from his followers who are avid supporters but really don’t listen to what he says or question where his solutions are.

Here are a few of his contradictions posted on You Tube. If you listen to him long enough you will hear him repeating ideas over and over without much substance behind them. Why? He knows what Americans want to hear from their congressional representatives.

Also watch his use of terms and the way he spins them – he could put Bill Clinton to shame for his what is….is? Note that his ideas and lack of solutions show him for what he is – a money grubbing politician who is a hypocrite of the first class.

Listen carefully to his “points” and note the inconsistencies in his statements.

For example, under EARMARKS below, he states that he never voted for an earmark. He may not have voted for them, but he was responsible for inserting 65 of them into bills which resulted in his state getting millions of dollars.

Then listen to his excuse – “If congress doesn’t spend the money the president will!

And this from a man who lectures on how much money the government wastes!

But when the interviewer said we “had been touched” Paul’s reply was, “But Al Qaeda are just a bunch of thugs – they are not an army!”

Apparently the touching and killing of over 3000 individuals wasn’t important because it was done “by a bunch of thugs.” But the force of these thugs and the damage to the economy and the number of deaths doesn’t matter to Paul as they are “not an army!”

He wants more diplomacy and discussion and talk but doesn’t ask where these diplomats are to live or what kind of security they need?

Hillary Clinton’s answer seems to “calm” him down and shows he doesn’t think through his questions or provide any solutions – typical of Ron Paul’s method of operation – all idea but no solutions.

FISCAL MANAGEMENT: Just this past week Paul, a prolific fundraiser, pulled in almost $3 million from his latest “money bomb.” But he has spent, close to $1 million on charter flights. I bet his supporters don’t fly on chartered aircraft! And I bet the U.S. Congressman that just recently released a tax plan cutting $1 trillion from the federal budget wouldn’t consider cutting his budget as his donors send in money thinking him to be a “fiscal hawk.”  If he were really serious about cutting spending he would start with his own reckless, self-indulging flights on charters!  He could fly first class for a lot less!

In the last Presidential CNN debate, Rick Santorum highlighted the “lies” told by Mitt Romney on his health care plan and questioned his credibility on the health care issue stating it was the basis for “ObamaCare.” Mitt lost his cool. Know why? Romney hates it when someone criticizes him or his health plan. He knows it was bad for his state but he won’t admit it – think narcissism like Obama who blames everything from the Tsunami to stupid kids for his failures. Romney is the same.

He can give but he can’t take and his upset at being attacked really showed up clearly in the debate.

Santorum brought out many points about Romney Care that should be emphasized to show Romney lied about his Romney Care Plan:

Santorum stated that Romney care requires an individual to buy health insurance or else citizens will have to pay a penalty – sounds like Obama Care doesn’t it?

Santorum stated that Romney care is expensive and that it takes a lot of money to subsidize the middle class without insurance and all the poor in the state – again Obama Care is the same.

Santorum stated that the Massachusetts government controls how insurance plans are set up in the state – and that the free market is not allowed in to compete. Again – a criticism of Obama Care.

He pointed out that Romney Care is the most expensive health care in the nation and so will Obama Care be if the Supreme Court doesn’t rule it to be unconstitutional. Already his “Class” portion of the Obama Care bill has been dropped due to the Obama Administration suddenly realizing it would be too expensive and doesn’t work – DUH!

And what did Romney do in response to these charges? Like Obama, Romney tried to weasel out with this answer: “This is something that was crafted for Massachusetts.” Then he added another lie to that statement: “It would be wrong to adopt this as a nation.”

Here is where all candidates should attack Romney – as he directly contradicts that statement in his own book! Santorum should have had that book in hand with the passage highlighted to show that Romney was lying and so the American public could see for themselves that he did so.

The candidates also let Romney get away with saying his citizens actually “like” the medical plan. According to the criticisms on the web about Romney Care this is another “lie.”

Romney also claimed that his plan would reduce the cost of health care, but that turned out not to be true according to an article in the Boston Globe:

“Employers and residents pay the highest premiums costs in the country.”

Lying about costs and forcing a health care plan on his own residents tells me that if given the chance, Romney will do the same as President because Romney is a RINO – Republican in name only. He is a socialist disguised as a Republican.

He is one of the elitists who thinks he knows what’s good for America and its people whether they agree or not – similar to Obama. In fact, Romney is Obama II. What we need to realize is that we have had enough of one liberal socialist and don’t need his clone for the next four years.

Romney stated that he will issue waivers for Obama Care if elected President. That will do no good. It can still be brought up by future administrations and if they happen to be Democrats, it certainly will. And I am sure that sometime after the election, if Romney is successful and wins the Presidency, he will move to have a national health plan – he just can’t resist doing so as shown by actions in his own state and his denial and lies to questions asked in the debate.

Consider the following questions from the Globe: Which one of these parts of Romney Care encourages a free market?

1. To Citizens: You must buy insurance, whether you want it or not.
2. To Insurance Companies: You must cover people with pre-conditions. You cannot have caps on lifetime coverage.
3. To Both: You cannot negotiate for a low-cost catastrophic plan nor go across state lines.
4. To Both, Respectively: You must cover drug treatment, family planning, mental health problems and pregnancies. You must pay for these things even if you don’t want them or need them.
5. To Private Employers: You must cover employees or pay huge “fees” or fines for not doing so.
6. To Insurance Companies: You must not raise rates above a certain level, regardless of rising costs. Sounds like socialism to me, doesn’t it to you? Where is the free market here?
7. To Taxpayers: You must help pay the cost of not only your own insurance, but the insurance of families making $50,000 a year! (At least 15% of Massachusetts residents are almost fully subsidized, another 5% get partial subsidies).

Romney said in the last presidential debate: “What we do is rely on private insurers and people—93% of our people who are already insured had nothing changed. For the people who didn’t have insurance, they get private insurance, not government insurance.” Baloney! Prices shot up and now the premiums for citizens and businesses are expensive! But they can’t cross state lines to get a lower price – Romney didn’t allow for that!

Another thing to consider is that Romney, like Obama, refuses to admit that his plan is a failure due to costs and mandates required of its citizens. He is a denier much like Obama. He thinks he can do no wrong and cannot admit he was wrong!

At the next debate, all candidates needs to have Romney’s book on stage with his comments about national health care highlighted to show the American public! Just comparing Romney Care to Obama Care should take the wind out of Romney’s sails for sure.

If both Santorum and Perry will show what a liar Mitt Romney is both will move up in the polls.

Perry also needs to get his video on Romney Care out to the American public and keep hitting Mitt on this issue. The video is excellent and should be seen by all Americans. Perry and Santorum need to get the message out that Romney lied in the debate and have the facts/evidence/ to prove that statement. Then you will see Romney get as good as he gives and americans will realize that the truth died on the stage at the Presidential debate.
