Will Hillary Run?

Will Hillary Step Up To Challenge Obama?

Speculation runs rampant that Obama resign shortly….say by January? If his numbers continue to slide and they will as the economy is hitting everyone in the United States with cross punches that really, really hurt, the Dems will start to put pressure on him to do so.

They don’t want to lose congress after holding it for the last 5 years. They love that power!  In the house, Nancy wants once again to hold that speaker’s seat and will refurbish the jet she once had as a perk and Harry loves telling other senators what to do and when to do it.

But really, have you ever wondered who takes the place of Obama if his numbers and support continue to decline? According to recent polling, 89% of the country thinks it is headed in the wrong direction.

Consider that his campaign is in full swing while he uses taxpayer resources to continue to run around the country making speeches and watches as Rome burns. He observes from the sidelines as Americans suffer from his disinterest in improving the economy. As a result, Obama’s numbers continue to slide and there is only one person who has the moxy, ground game, money, and popularity to run against him or to step up if he resigns – Hillary Clinton.

None in congress will have time to get a campaign together or are well enough liked to campaign for the White House gold ring – and those who have the money to run a campaign are generally unknown. So who is left?

In the last election Americans voted against Bush rather than for Obama and this election will be of the same nature – voting against the incumbent, not for a Republican. So what is to lose if Hillary runs? She enjoys a 62% popularity rating in the polls and has her hubby behind her who is also liked. IF she isn’t elected, what does she lose? She slides into retirement savoring the fact that she actually “beat” Obama at his own game.
But can she win? She is as much a pathological liar as he is and that was clearly proven with her outrageous story of being shot at by Bosnian snipers as she deplaned in that country – while little girls were standing on the tarmac with flowers to greet her! Conservative talk show media will raise the travelgate scandal as she was heavily involved in it and cite her record as secretary of state which is almost non-existent – Palestine still fights with Isreal and Libya is controlled by rebels we support and yet know nothing about.

She doesn’t have negotiation skills nor a government who stands strong as to what is believed so would she make a good president? Many liberal Democrats think so.

Consider the following:
Her husband, Bill has written a new book about putting America to work – that comes out in November. The success of that will accrue to her. She will parrot his ideas – good or bad.
He wants her to be president so he can once again be president. You can bet that he will be her “senior advisor” and take center stage in the White house. Back when, he said that she was “One of the brightest people of her generation.” Oh yeah baby! She stood behind her man when he philandered so now its tit for tat in their household.

He has recently come out and criticized Obama’s jobs and tax proposals as “confusing.” A first grader would call it “Poo Poo” which is a better description. His old advisor and consultant, James Carville is also out stumping about Obama’s failure and his chances of winning. Carville doesn’t do this unless the Clintons tell him to do so. It doesn’t do Bill any good for himself as he can’t run again, but it does wonders for Hillary and her chances to be the Democratic nominee come January or February.

Hillary has spent time this past three years getting some “bona fides” that will stand up as a claim to her competency – she is Secretary of State. As state Senator from NY and a former first lady, she had enough in liberal minds to be named as Secretary and with her current position, those same liberal voters will blindly push the button next to her name.

Obama is battling for his political life and if the economy does not turn around, he will not win in November – Americans will punish him for not having the sense to do what is needed.

They already see the results of his fecklessness, his inexperience, and his ego. So who is waiting in the wings? Hillary!

Analysis: Tea party gave GOP power, but now, it’s taking it away

WASHINGTON — House Republicans rode the tea party tiger to power last fall.  Now, it’s turning on them, forcing leaders to endure embarrassing delays and unwanted revisions to crucial debt-ceiling legislation.

he tiger did not change it stripes. When tea partyers emerged as a political phenomenon in 2009, they promised to stand on principle and change the way Washington works. They’ve kept that promise, despite some doubters’ predictions they would succumb to the get-along, go-along crowd once they reached Capitol Hill.

But that fidelity is now threatening party unity and causing headaches for GOP leaders as they try to negotiate with Democrats in a divided government. With the 2012 campaigns cranking up, some Republicans are re-evaluating the fiery movement that fueled sweeping victories in 2010.

The Tea Party, Right About Everything

The false narrative is that the Tea Party is a bunch of stubborn nuts, if not outright racists.  In truth, the Tea Party has been right about everything, while almost everyone else has been nuts, especially the “experts.”

Minimum wage.  One of the first things Democrats did after taking back Congress in 2007 was raise the federal minimum wage 41% from 2007 to 2009.  Result?  The unemployment rate went from 4.4% in May 2007 to 10.1% in 2009.  It is 9.2% even today — four years later.

As for teens, the unemployment rate went from 14.9% to 27.1%, the highest ever recorded, meaning since 1948.  Today it is still a high 24.5%.  And for blacks: from a low of 7.9% in 2007 to 16.5% in 2010.  It is still a high 16.2%.

The Democrat Congress also decided to apply the same minimum wages to American Samoa.  Results?  Near-decimation of its economy, one that had been based largely on low-cost tuna canning and textile work.

Tea partiers in Kansas City

Several tea-party leaders are getting frustrated with the Republicans in Congress and are making their voices heard.

Tea Party Nation Founder and President Judson Phillips has made the rounds of the talk shows to denounce the Republicans for giving in to Democratic pressure.

Phillips says the GOP has capitulated because it’s not really a conservative party.

“You’ve got a wide range of viewpoints in the Republican Party,” Phillips observed, “everything from good solid conservatives, good solid tea-party folks to RINOs [Republicans in name only] to folks who probably would be equally at home in the Democratic Party

“The American people spoke loudly in this past election, which saw a shift of 60-some-odd seats in the House of Representatives. We’ve never had that big of a shift in the Congress before,” Phillips continued. “People spoke very clearly about what they wanted.”

Angry Tea Party Stirring up GOP Revolt

By David A. Patten

A significant faction of the tea party movement is prepared to revolt against any GOP deal to raise the debt ceiling – even if it is “revenue neutral” and cuts trillions from federal spending, grass-roots sources tell Newsmax.

For the most part, tea party leaders have coalesced around the “cut, cap, and balance” approach to raising the debt ceiling: Trillions in real spending cuts, a cap on how much federal spending can consume as a percent of GDP, and, ultimately, a balanced budget amendment that would prevent the federal government from running up future deficits.

Rand Paul Smacks Down Liberals on Hypocrisy of “Choice”

Check out this great video of freshman Kentucky Senator Rand Paul “smacking down” Liberal hypocrisy on the issue of “choice”.   In this video, Paul confronts a Liberal panel at the Energy & Natural Resource Committee regarding the hypocrisy of supporting “Choice” for women to terminate a pregnancy, but being anti “Free Market Choice” for consumer items like light bulbs, toilets & refrigerators.
